Ebira Women wing Kano has endorsed Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for a second term, saying Kogi State women should
support his candidature to resprocate recognition given to women and vote for continuity and good governance in the State.
The umbrella body of Ebira People's Association Women wing Kano today(25th August 2019) as part of communique after their meeting at Ebira House Naibawa Kano.
Convey their decision to Re-elect GYB Kano Supporters Group Secretary, Mohammad Dauda Adano after an emergency meeting ahead the APC Governorship primary election coming up on 29th of this month August 2019. The Women wing President Hajiya Maimunat Salihu who spoke on behalf of Ebira women in Kano on Sunday, advised APC women delegate in Kogi State to join their men counterparts to give their total votes to Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello.
According to her statement, for too long, women have been excluded, marginalised, and underrepresented in the past government of Kogi State but GYB has changed the narrative which allowed women to gain considerable appointment such as Secretary to State Government (S.S.G), Head of civil service and many other appointees from womenfolk and urged women to reciprocate during the primary and the main election.
On 4+4 we stand, Governor Yahaya Bello is a goal.
