through MICROTECH GLOBAL SERVICES, initiated a life transforming FOUNDATION Titled PAAYEF (Pharm. Abdulkareem Asuku Youth Empowerment Foundation) in a bit to abridge Youth unemployment and violence, through  innovative ICT Programs both Basics and Advaced Related Courses such as Web Design, Autocad, Database Management, Cisco Networking and trending vocational skills such as Solar Technology & Installation,

Printing and Publishing as part of his NEW-DIRECTION and CHANGE Agender. Because, He knew Youths are the number one stakeholder of development, the youth have the power to change the living standards of our communities. Thats why he choose to engage them in meaningful skill aquision programs, support and inspire them in their pursuit of a more positive and meaningful future.
The program started with all the neccessary arangement allready in place. The three centers in each Local Government fully equipt with Computers and other ICT Devices,

competent Instructors that are expert in their various fields were deployed by the Central coordinator.

Lecture Scenes

He takes his time and effort to optimize the processes of this life touching program by improving the qualities of the facilities, that will ensure fascinating and engaging mode of Lectures and Practicals from the Lecturers. Because, he knew that Facilities have a great impact on Student performances, and inadequate facilities translate to poor performance. And also without adequate facilities and resources, it is extremely difficult to achieve the aim behind the initiation of this FOUNDATION.  The Vocational skill department was never left out as they were provided with adequate Practical materials. Repeated practicals were carried out to Strengthen their skill and to provide employment opportunities for this prolific teeming Youth after their Graduation.

They were later left to them selves to practice on what they have been taught as practicing is said to increase student focus, aplication of own ideas and transformation of practicals into Skills.

As the Program approach its end, the Beneficiaries were put to test in their various field of endeavor. They were interviewed by the Central Coordinator to know their level of performance, and their chalanges so far. They overwhelmly expresed their gratitude towards this Future building Program by responding positively to each question that they were asked.
The PAAYEF final exam commences on the 26th of Mar h, 2018. with all the neccssary materials on ground as usual,
